I absolutely love this idea! I like reading books about anorexia because it is a subject that is very important to me. So far you have written something pretty d*a*m*n amazing and I would love to read more of it once you have written some more. it is definitely a book that I would buy. The writing, grammar, and spelling is excellent. I love the perspective.

It’s called random mutations followed by natural selection, where what is beneficial for a species in its particular ecosystem gets passed on and what is not gets eliminated. (With elimination due to unfortunate mutations happening way more often, naturally.)Also, if you think our bodies were created right off the bat as they are, I suggest you go check out the fossil record. (It shows plenty of gradual changes and transitions.) Genetics line up nicely with it as well, just as one should expect that they would, if evolution was a fact, which it is.As for all the parts in a body working together as a whole:The parts, of course, got adjusted to one another because of evolution occurring! For example, say you have a carnivorous species. If their teeth started getting sharper, eating prey would be easier. Hence, the individuals with sharp teeth would be preferred and have an advantage over individuals with flat, herbivore-ish teeth. They would survive more often than the individuals with flat teeth would, and after generations and generations, their teeth would have gotten a lot sharper overall as a result…And that is just ONE example.Get it now?

I’m sorry but the number of calories you have everyday is not enough for active life. Actually I think you have anorexia and you need psychological help to get through this. I know because I used to have this problem and I was behaving exactly the same. You’re all the time scared of gaining kilos, all the time you think about the food but you’re not eating and what’s more important you don’t have energy. This will be getting worse if you don’t do anything with that. You have to start eating normal to give some more energy to your body and to let all your organs work properly.Unfortunately you can’t do that without gaining kilos because as I know from my personal experience when the body in the starvation mode gets some more calories it starts to keep them “for later” as it’s scared that soon you can start diet again. It doesn’t mean that you need to eat fat food or junk food. Try to eat healthy meals but increase the number of calories. When you get on the path again and you’re body feels that everything is ok and you’ll not take the food away from it, you’ll stop gaining kilos. If you feel that it’s too hard to do that or if somewhere inside you know that you won’t change your eating style, contact a specialist. There’s nothing to wait for. In my opinion you haveseriouss problem with eating disorder and you need to contact a psychologist. One more thing – don’t be scared to go ask for help. There’s nothing wrong with the fact that you want to change your life and you’re asking somebody to give you the clue how to do this.Good luck!

lol hey Amber – look, BMI is just a number, and boobs are just about all fat – if you have large boobs and you’re only 1 above where you should be on the BMI front I say you’re good to go! :) There are a few Facts Of Life to consider here:1) Food is one of life’s very few reliable pleasures. Embrace it!2) It is the wibbly bits that make girls grrrrrrrrreat – your figure sounds like most guys’ idea of perfection – small but curvy. Skinny is extremely boring. 3) You are aware that you like a munch, and you sound fairly sensible. So if you find yourself regularly busting through zips or having to go up a size every time you shop, I’m confident you will notice you have a problem and then is the time to act.4) Life is far too short. Who really cares about BMI, that’s a statistic – you know whether you are fat or not, and I’m voting that right now you’re not. So be proud of your curves, they totally rock, and move away from the BMI chart. You’re good – now, what’s in that fridge? ;)

it’s not the internal clock thing. it’s just that she has you trained to feed her whenever she wants you to. some cats, and dogs will eat and eat and eat. some people will do this too if food is always available to them. get on a feeding schedule and feed only at those times. try smaller meals maybe 3 times a day. and that’s it. if she begs for more, get her interested in something else. get her some toys, a kitty condo with lots of things to play with. otherwise you’re going to have a very fat, unhealthy cat.

I believe that they are trained to do one thing at a time in an effort to reduce mistakes. I know that when I encounter a more experienced worker (this is relative of course but someone in their 40s or older) they seem to be able to multitask. I search them out. It seems like it is the younger less experienced workers who do not want to risk being side tracked.ORIt is because the fast food industry replaces their human employees with aliens and they work in their “human” suits at the fast food restaurants until they can pass for “human” anywhere. This also explains why the employees often sound so garbled in the drive through and why they seem baffled by the request for a spoon or a fork.

You are NOT going to die…. probably. :-D My best advise is to go to bed and lay there feeling miserable until you pass out. The calories will turn to fat or poop out tomorrow. As for how to stop the binges. When the body is missing what it needs, such as vitamins or minerals that it needs to work properly, it tells you to eat. Now the mind doesn’t know exactly what to eat, to get those nutrients, it just knows that the body wants something and we need to eat.To stop that is very simple, take a multivitamin everyday. Also, some calcium pills can help. I’ve been on the diet roller coaster for 30 years. It wasn’t until 2 years ago I was able to beat those binges by taking a multivitamin every day. I’ve lost 115 pounds since.

food has energy in form of fats, oils and carbohydrates it has vitamins and mineralsit has water and proteinsand my other useless crapbasically the the crap gets out as poopand the usefull stuff is obsorted by the small fingers in the stomach small iand large intestine( tube like things under your tommy )the energy helps to break small proteins ( it also makes heat)this energy runs ur body and helps use vitamins and water or let it out by urinating after the kidney cleans it up and takes what it needsthis energy protein, fat and vitamins/minerals will make things which will make things that make cells! n cells make tissueswhich make organs , which make organ systems to make us!or replace old cells

TennisCu… – I cannot answer your question because I may eat fast food once a year when travelling and have a layover at a train station.I am a firm believer that fast food commercials should be banned just as liquor has. I honestly believe that the commercials are part of the obesity problem in developed countries. Furthmore – fast food places should not be allowed to operate 7 days a week (they should have a 6 day work week) and not more than 12 hours a day.

TheVintageBug February 21, 2012 at 10:33 pm

It’s actually better to have a few small meals rather than three large meals a day.If you’re a girl, pick up the latest issue (actually, July’s issue) of Seventeen magazine. They have a mini-magazine inside, with recipes, a six week plan, and huge tips. I was actually surprised but what I was doing. It says if you need to, have a small snack! And don’t forget about portion sizes!!

Omfg you don’t want to go to college because you think you’re ugly??? Get a life.

ny February 22, 2012 at 11:17 pm

brewing yeast. It has a lot of vitamin B, too. It will make you gainweight in a week. Either buy at pharmacies, as supplement, or in anyplace which specializes in brewing. Three pills a day/three tablespoons aday – depends on the product, and you are there. Good for bones andhair as well. It’s an addition to healthy meals (vegetables, fruit, low fat protein, healthy carbs like buckwheat).Jog, jog all the time, or all of new weight will go to your belly.

Wow, that is amazing.I’m editor for my friends story, and i seriously don’t think it needs much editing. I was horrified with all the things Isabella did to herself, but you had me sucked into it. However, i was thinking along the way, does Isabella have parents? Where does she live? How old is she? And i thought chapter two was a little repetetive, but i haven’t seen the rest of it, so i can’t judge…The story made me think of it as a example of what teens can suffer from nowadays…bulumia, anxiety, self-harm, emotional pain etc…because i think of Ana, as the society, throwing a million messages out to people saying things like, magazines: articles on How to be skinny, pictures of models and celebritys and peers: saying that you aren’t pretty enough, you’re not cool, you’re pathetic and that you can’t be accepted as one of the ‘it’ people.Good job!, good luck with the rest!i’ll favourite this page so i can refer to it…how about e-mailing me when you complete more?

Bambi February 23, 2012 at 10:43 pm

First of all, if you think you’re ugly…why do you have pictures titled “Sexy Me”?? & I don’t think you’re ugly AT ALL:)As long as you don’t go around with spit oozing out of your mouth…I think you should be more than ok :D
